PSG CA is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with plant leadership in California. You will guide workforce analytics, wage‑and‑hour compliance, and site culture initiatives using Workday and ADP to optimize production workforce performance.

This manufacturing HR role requires 5+ years experience, strong knowledge of CA and federal employment laws, and the ability to influence leaders. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field is required; PHR-CA/SPHR-CA and SHRM certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR-CA (Professional in Human Resources - California) or SPHR-CA highly preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Tracks and shares site metrics like turnover and headcount using Power BI to address labor shortages.
• Manage Dover Employee Engagement Survey and Pulse surveys and develop action plans.
• Lead strategic site HR projects focused on HR practices and plant efficiency.
• Handle employee relations for supervisors and staff and conduct HR investigations.
• Support California wage-and-hour compliance, workers' comp, and return-to-work protocols.
• Coordinate onboarding, recruitment, and performance cycles with HR leadership.
• Drive policy development for California labor laws and promote a positive plant culture.
