Ascend Performance Materials is seeking an experienced HR leader to act as a strategic partner to site leadership in Alvin, TX. The role focuses on workforce planning, organizational design, succession, and leadership effectiveness across manufacturing operations.

You will drive change initiatives, coach senior leaders, and strengthen employee engagement while partnering with central HR and business teams to achieve site priorities and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical operations.
• Experience leading workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting workforce transformations, restructurings, or significant business changes.
• Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) and Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
