Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Advanced Degree: Master’s in HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or an MBA is highly desirable.
Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years HR with 3–5 years in strategic HRBP/HR Manager role.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial HR for 500+ employees.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic consultant to divisional and executive leadership for 500+ employee workforce.
Oversee divisional payroll compliance and partner with payroll specialist for data integrity.
Lead and develop internal HR staff and optimize HR scheduling and performance goals.
Partner with EH&S to provide strategic risk management for workers’ compensation.
Drive talent acquisition, retention, development, performance management, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws; maintain HR policies and SOPs.
Provide data-driven insights using HR metrics and analytics to guide leadership decisions.
