You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and daily HR operations, acting as a liaison between employees, plant leadership, and the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will thrive in a manufacturing setting, build relationships at all levels, and balance administrative duties with a strong focus on

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in HR, recruiting, or employee relations.
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for the Georgia facility.
• Coordinate postings, screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Onboard new hires and conduct orientation programs.
• Answer questions on policies, benefits, and resources.
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidential HR records and HRIS data.
• Assist with training, compliance, and MSHA administrative tasks.
• Provide general administrative support and coordinate safety supplies.
