You will liaise between employees, plant leadership, and the HR Manager to foster a positive employee experience and drive operational success in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years in Human Resources, recruiting, or related field.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities and onboarding for the Georgia operation.
• Support employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and HR programs.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records; assist with HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Coordinate training activities and maintain training records.
