Job summary

ERMCO is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives in a high‑volume manufacturing setting. You will partner with operations leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations to support business objectives.

The role is based in Surprise, AZ, with relocation assistance available. The ideal candidate has deep HR expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to workforce engagement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance coaching, and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership, influence decisions, and drive transformation.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, workforce management tools, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to manufacturing leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide HR programs aligning with operations and business objectives.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety regulations.
• Utilize HR analytics to track trends and drive continuous improvement.
