Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related HR/generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience and strong interviewing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; HRIS/Payroll systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to address staffing needs and candidate experience.
• Source candidates via internal databases, job boards, social media, fairs and agencies.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and present offers.
• Conduct onboarding flows and coordinate benefits enrollment for new hires.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws.
