Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at a manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania. This role partners closely with plant leadership to support business objectives, strengthen employee relations, promote a positive workplace culture, and drive continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives, guide investigations, oversee recruitment, retention, and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong employee relations and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to partner with leadership to align HR strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and relations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local HR team.
• Administer and interpret company policies and contracts.
• Provide guidance through employee investigations and advisory support.
• Develop local recruitment strategies to attract and retain staff.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR with operations.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence for development programs.
• Audit employee records for accuracy and compliance.
• Use HR metrics to drive process improvements.
• Lead facility-level HR projects and broader organizational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
