Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a People Operations Partner for its Jackson, TN facility to be the HR partner for the hourly workforce. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations while partnering with site leadership to build an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR/business, 3+ years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred), and strong communication. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
• Proficient in North Carolina labor laws.

Your Role at Delta Faucet

As a People Operations Partner at the Delta Faucet Company manufacturing and distribution facility, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to create a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. In this dynamic, onsite role based in Jackson, TN, you’ll be the go‑to HR partner for our hourly workforce—championing employee experience, driving talent strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across all shifts.

You’ll collaborate closely with site leadership and team members to shape a positive work environment where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. From leading recruitment efforts to resolving employee relations matters with care and professionalism, your work will directly impact the culture and success of our manufacturing operations.

This role reports to the site People Operations Manager and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day—while building your HR career in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the talent acquisition hourly process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, for all hourly roles; collaborates with departmental supervisors to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Promotes positive and inclusive employee experience by leading and supporting the development and implementation of site communication, engagement and retention plans, along with community involvement activities.
• Drives hourly onboarding, performance and training activities, administers service award and recognition programs, job change and separation processes.
• Ensures consistent application and execution of HR programs and processes.
• Ensures that career and life cycle changes are accurately completed in the HRIS.
• Investigates, advises, and coaches site leadership on appropriate resolution of employee relations situations, while proactively implementing measures to minimize such issues, serves as an escalation point on employee relations matters.
• Supports and applies lean manufacturing programs and actions.
• Maintains employee records and compliance
• Dedication and flexibility to support employees across multiple shifts and applicable locations.
• Domestic travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
• Proficient in North Carolina labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience supporting multi‑shift operations and hourly employee populations.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a dedication to maintaining structure with attention to detail.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and communication platforms preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders to drive positive employee outcomes.
