Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong generalist HR background.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience supporting plant leaders and manufacturing employees.
• Experience with onboarding, retention, interviewing, and recruiting.
• Led HR projects and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact HR projects from initiation to completion with limited oversight.
• Partner with plant leaders and employees to address HR needs and objectives.
• Manage onboarding, retention, interviewing, recruiting, and related HR activities.
• Develop strategic operational and HR roadmaps with leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to adjust strategies as needed.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive automation and process improvements.
• Lead SOP redesign initiatives and implement innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior HR professionals and support their development.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
