Job summary

Nashville Wire Products is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes for our Frankfort, Kentucky location. The role covers full-cycle recruitment for a 2-shift manufacturing operation with ~60 employees, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and benefits enrollment.

The position is salaried, overtime exempt, with a Monday–Friday base schedule 5:30 am–3:00 pm, and flexible hours as needed for business demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR or 5+ years in generalist HR in manufacturing.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience in a production environment is required.
• Experience with time and attendance, leave management, and policy enforcement for multi-shift plants.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Payroll systems; familiarity with Kronos, ADP, UKG preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to address staffing needs and ensure quality candidate experience.
• Source candidates via databases, job boards, social media, fairs, and agencies.
• Review applications, compare qualifications and salary requests to requirements.
• Maintain applicant tracking logs for compliance with state and federal law.
• Conduct pre-screen calls, schedule/interview candidates, identify alignments with production needs.
• Develop competitive offers and present packages including duties, schedules and benefits.
• Oversee onboarding up to New Hire Orientation and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain community relations and represent the company at job fairs and school days.
• Handle employee communications, timekeeping, safety programs, and policy guidance.
