Job summary

Talent Acquisitions Group Inc. is seeking an Human Resources Manager for its Wauwatosa, WI headquarters.

This role supports a full workforce from hourly assembly to engineers, reporting to the Director of Human Resources and requiring on-site presence with occasional travel to Franksville. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of federal and Wisconsin employment law, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with responsibilities in employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance.
• Experience supporting both hourly assembly/production and salaried managerial employees.
• Working knowledge of federal and Wisconsin employment law.
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company.
• SHRM certification (SHRM-CP/SPHR/PHR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for hourly and salaried employees on workplace concerns, policy questions, and conflict resolution.
• Coach supervisors and managers on performance, attendance, documentation, and corrective action.
• Run full-cycle recruiting for assembly, production, technical, engineering, and professional roles.
• Administer compensation, benefits, open enrollment, and leave of absence.
• Run the performance review cycle and build training for supervisors and leads.
• Maintain compliance with federal and Wisconsin employment law, the handbook, and personnel records.
• Partner with operations and EHS on safety, onboarding, and cross-training on the production floor.
• Report workforce metrics leadership can act on: headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, absenteeism, and overtime.
