Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical sector America, Power Distribution Controls & Assemblies (PDCA) seeks a manufacturing site HR Manager at our El Paso, TX site. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead HR strategy, employee relations, staffing, training, compensation, benefits, and community involvement.

You will align HR initiatives with business goals, drive a strong safety and engagement culture, and oversee HR programs and metrics across the plant. Relocation within the US is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HRMS and other HRIS tools/software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and programs aligned to business objectives.
• Advise Plant Manager and staff on HR matters and policies.
• Drive plant culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee performance appraisal and leadership development processes.
• Coordinate staffing, internal transfers, and external recruitment.
