Job summary

Eaton’s Power Distribution and Control Assemblies (PDCA) Division is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for our Omaha, NE manufacturing facility. Relocation assistance is available as we expand operations at our Omaha Power Center.

In this role you will partner with operations to attract and retain talent, support employee relations, compensation queries, and analytics on workforce trends. The position offers growth within a global company and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for CPT, OPT, STEM OPT or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management: develop staffing strategy with Operations and functional groups and guide Hiring Manager from pre-hire to onboarding.
• Employee Relations: serve as point of contact for employees, promote Eaton values, and support engagement activities.
• Total Compensation: act as local expert for benefits and payroll questions and assist with local compensation benchmarking.
• Projects and Analytics: support continuous improvement, analyze workforce trends, and promote a zero-incident safety culture.
