• 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar operations.
• Ability to coach, influence and develop leaders at multiple levels.
• Strong employee relations experience with handling sensitive situations.
• Credible with both hourly and salaried workforces; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for a manufacturing and distribution facility (~130 employees).
• Coach leaders to improve team effectiveness and business performance.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and workplace concerns.
• Partner on workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
• Lead change management aligned with growth and operational priorities.
• Drive engagement, retention and leadership development strategies.
• Support recruitment and onboarding to attract top talent.
• Analyze workforce trends to inform leadership decisions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and HR best practices.
