Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an HR Manager to lead the HR function at the San Leandro facility. You will drive employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration, and collaborate with the Environmental, Health, and Safety team on site safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with HR policies, compensation, benefits administration and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Plant Managers to align HR initiatives with business requirements.
• Develop HR team capabilities to strengthen talent bench.
• Lead conflict management and investigations with guidance and follow-up.
