Job summary

Pretium Packaging in Manchester, Pennsylvania is seeking an onsite, hands-on Human Resources Manager who will blend people strategy with plant operations to shape culture, engagement and performance across the facility.

You’ll lead frontline recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, and HR analytics, partnering with plant leadership to drive engagement, safety, and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR management in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence operational leaders.
• Expertise in employee relations, talent strategy, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems, metrics, and workforce analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Conduct on-site job fairs and external hiring events.
• Engage with community-based organizations to expand talent pools.
• Champion a positive, compliant, high-performance culture.
• Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
