Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certification preferred.
• 3+ years in HR with employee relations and recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations.
• Experience with high-volume hourly workforce management.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and time-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HR in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Develop recruiting strategies for high-volume or seasonal staffing.
• Partner with operations to maintain employee engagement and morale.
• Coordinate OSHA/safety training and workforce development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Oversee payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave administration.
• Analyze HR metrics and implement improvements.
