Job summary

Stellantis offers an in-person HR internship at our Kokomo, Indiana facility running May through August 2027. Interns rotate through manufacturing HR with exposure to labor relations, staffing, compliance, and employee engagement.

You will gain real-world experience, mentorship, and opportunities to work on project teams in a hands-on manufacturing setting. Candidates should be pursuing a related bachelor's degree and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial or Employee Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Willingness to work in the Kokomo, Indiana area for the duration of the internship.
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by Spring 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key functional areas of manufacturing HR, gaining insight into labor relations, staffing, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Assist with onboarding, leaves, recruitment processes, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Support day-to-day HR activities in a production plant environment.
