Job summary

Stellantis offers an in-person HR internship at a Detroit-area manufacturing facility from May through August 2027. Interns will rotate through key HR functions, gain exposure to labor relations, staffing, compliance, and employee engagement, and participate in exclusive networking events.

Assignments are project-based with mentorship, and high performers may be invited back for a future internship or full-time opportunities. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial or Employee Relations, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Able to work full‑time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Willingness to work in the Metro Detroit area for the duration of the internship.
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by Spring 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment.
