Job summary

Stellantis offers a 2027 Manufacturing Summer Internship at the Kokomo, IN plant. This in-person program runs May through August 2027, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Interns will work on project-oriented assignments across multiple manufacturing areas, gaining real-world experience and mentorship. Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field, be willing to relocate, and commit to full-time hours (40/week).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a manufacturing-related program at an accredited university or college.
• Relocation to participate in the internship may be required for eligible candidates.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Full-time availability during the internship (40 hours/week).
• Completion of freshman year or higher by Spring 2027.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Interns work on project-oriented assignments across SIS processes and various manufacturing areas.
• Interns receive mentorship and participate in networking events and training sessions.
• Interns gain exposure to cutting-edge projects and real-world manufacturing challenges.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field

Willingness to relocate for internship

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

40 hours/week availability

Freshman year completed by Spring 2027

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

LEAN manufacturing knowledge (preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication

Leadership in academics or extracurriculars (preferred)
