Job summary

Stellantis Kokomo internship program invites motivated students to join our manufacturing facility in Kokomo, Indiana, from May through August 2027. Interns are assigned to a department based on background, work on meaningful projects, and gain hands-on exposure to HR functions within a production environment.

Mentorship, networking events, and skill-building workshops accompany a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial/Employee Relations, or Business Administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Willingness to work in the Kokomo, Indiana area for the duration of the internship, including relocation if applicable.
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by Spring 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Gaining exposure to labor relations, staffing, compliance and employee engagement.
• Rotating through key HR areas within Stellantis Kokomo manufacturing.
