Job summary

INEOS Nitriles USA LLC in Pasadena, TX seeks an HR Generalist to implement HR policies, recruit, handle employee relations, benefits support, payroll, and compliance at the Pasadena site. The role reports to the HR Manager and partners with site leadership, Finance, and Corporate HR.

Responsibilities include driving recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, reporting, and HR program implementation while maintaining accurate employee records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar field.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Minimum of ten years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and employees on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent onboarding activities.
• Assist payroll and workforce reporting processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching, investigations, and performance management support.
