Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Ten years HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support and policy interpretation.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
• Support payroll processes and payroll reporting.
