Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client in Waterbury, CT. This hands-on role supports employees and managers across a fast-paced manufacturing environment, handling onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, and policy administration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR Generalist roles, experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP is a plus), and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or similar HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or onsite environments.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; ADP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for HR policies and employee relations.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring for hourly and salaried roles.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll processes.
• Support performance management and attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with HR reporting and audits.
• Partner with management on engagement and retention initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
