Job summary

HMS Networks AB is seeking an HR Generalist to support our York, PA production facility. You will handle employee relations, policy interpretation, onboarding for hourly workers, and collaboration with production leaders on staffing and safety initiatives.

The role emphasizes compliance with wage-hour regulations, leave administration, and keeping HRIS data accurate. A minimum of 3 years in HR and knowledge of FMLA/ADA/FLSA/EEO are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist or HR Manager experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
• Experience supporting hourly workforce and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support including employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Conduct workplace investigations and coach leaders on performance and corrective action.
• Partner with production leaders on staffing, attendance, and turnover initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding for hourly workforce and support wage-hour compliance.
• Administer leave programs and maintain HRIS data and personnel files.
