Qualifications

• Export-controlled data awareness and compliance for US roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• At least 1 year of HR/recruiting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational support for a multi-shift manufacturing group (~900 non-union employees).
• Handle full-cycle recruitment for salaried and hourly roles.
• Support onboarding and new-hire assimilation across Dover, NJ.
• Create/modify job descriptions; assist with affirmative action reporting.
• Assist with workforce reductions and reductions in force per policy; support performance management cycles.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and terminations; process UI claims.
