Job summary

The Rosen Group, on behalf of our manufacturing client in Moorestown, NJ, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations onsite.

The HR Generalist will provide expertise in employee relations, performance management, HR processes, recruiting, benefits administration, new hire orientation, policies, and HRMS. A Bachelor's degree with 4–7 years HR experience is required; manufacturing experience is preferred. This is a direct hire onsite position in Moorestown, NJ.

On behalf of our manufacturing client in Moorestown, NJ we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations.

The HR Generalist will provide expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, HR processes, project management, compliance, recruiting, employee engagement, and Human Resource Management System. In addition, the HR Generalist provides support/manage on all personnel matters and assists with employee relations, benefit administration, new hire orientation, policies, and programs.

This is a direct hire onsite position in Moorestown, NJ.

Bachelor's degree along with 4-7 years HR experience. Manufacturing experience preferred.
