Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination may be considered.
• One to five years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant environment.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, employee records, and HRIS data entry/reports.
• Experience supporting non-exempt/production workforces preferred.
• Foundational understanding of employment laws and workplace compliance.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices, attendance policies, and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day HR contact for employees, supervisors and managers.
• Post open positions, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, support candidate communications, and assist with background checks.
• Assist with policy development, communication, and compliance programs.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, including safety, attendance, and conduct rules.
• Partner on employee relations matters, performance management, and investigations.
• Support accommodation processes and related communications.
• Maintain confidential HR records in HRIS and assist with reporting.
• Support process improvements and HR projects to enhance efficiency and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
