Job summary

Polar Semiconductor, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setting, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS administration, and training coordination.

The role partners with production staff and plant leadership to ensure a safe, compliant, and productive workplace, with a potential hybrid work arrangement after initial training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 1–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, and HRIS data entry or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day HR contact for employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Post open positions, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist with background checks.
• Support onboarding and orientation, including safety, attendance, conduct, policies, and work rules.
• Partner with supervisors on employee relations matters, performance management, and investigations.
• Support compliance tracking, workforce communications, and engagement activities for a multi-shift workforce.
• Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS.
