Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon seeks a proactive HR Generalist to lead day-to-day people support for our Jordan, MN facility, partnering with site leadership to align workforce with production growth. You will own core HR activities—employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits, and HR administration—while helping build workforce capability and talent pipelines with local schools and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to translate production plans into workforce requirements.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and on/off-boarding processes.
• Build local talent pipelines with technical schools and community partners.
• Identify approaches to attract skilled talent in a competitive market.
• Monitor labor metrics and recommend actions to support staffing and growth.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to site leadership and supervisors.
