Helix Linear Technologies in Beachwood, OH is seeking an HR Generalist to own day-to-day people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and the overall employee experience.

You will inherit established systems, partner with managers to set expectations, and build new processes as the company grows. This hands-on role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuously improving how we hire, train, and support our people.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in HR generalist or HR operations roles, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Comfortable navigating HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Experience recruiting: sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination.
• Working knowledge of employment law and compliance areas such as I-9, FMLA, and workers' compensation.
• An avid learner who picks up new tools quickly to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle: postings, screening calls, interview coordination, offer letters, and background/drug screen tracking.
• Own the onboarding process and structure, set expectations with hiring managers on their role, and hold them accountable for completing onboarding tasks.
