Job summary

Richland Glass is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, benefits, HRIS data integrity, and payroll coordination in collaboration with leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, with Paycor or similar HRIS experience and a Bachelor’s degree or HR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a broad HR generalist or operational role.
• Manufacturing/fast-paced environment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using Paycor or similar HRIS/payroll system.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Serve as HR contact for employee questions and routine issue resolution.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
• Maintain HR records and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Assist with safety onboarding and safety KPI reporting.
• Support benefits enrollment and leave coordination.
• Assist with training, performance management follow-up, and policy communication.
