Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a broad HR generalist or operational role.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly fast-paced environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using Paycor or similar HRIS/payroll system.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Handle employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, and training coordination.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and audit-ready records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Coordinate payroll processes with finance.
• Administer benefits and attendance/workforce management.
