Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly, skilled, and professional roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout outreach to pre-employment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, manufacturing recruiting expertise, and familiarity with ATS/HRIS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience is required.
• Agency recruiting experience is welcome.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend effective recruiting approaches.
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage candidate activity within the ATS and maintain accurate records.
• Guide candidates through the offer, background check, and pre-employment process.
• Coordinate with staffing partners supporting contingent workforce hiring.
• Track recruiting metrics and generate reports using Excel and HR systems.
• Support workforce planning initiatives and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in recruiting events and community outreach to build talent pipelines.
