Job summary

Rubbercraft in Long Beach, CA, is seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations at our California facility and coordinate HR efforts at our Tempe site.

The role partners with site and business leadership to align people strategies with operations, strengthen engagement, and build organizational capability through development and succession planning. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; manufacturing HR leadership required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Previous HR leadership experience required.
• Aerospace or defense industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Lead HR partnerships with site leadership for workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
