Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification or MBA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy with the President and CHRO in a unionized manufacturing setting.
• Hire and onboard employees; negotiate employment agreements.
• Establish and execute HR policies that support short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee HR operations, systems, and legal compliance.
• Coordinate with security and participate in labor negotiations as needed.
• Administer recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training programs.
• Provide consulting to leaders on organizational design, talent management, and compensation.
