Job summary

Artazn is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR team and shape the company’s strategic direction. The role covers talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development in a unionized manufacturing setting.

The Director partners with the President and CHR Officer to align HR practices with business strategies, drive workforce planning, and implement data-driven people initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field; professional certification or MBA desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team and partner with senior leadership to drive strategic human capital initiatives.
• Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Manage labor relations, collect and analyze HR data to inform decisions.
• Support organizational development and leadership coaching for leaders.
• Ensure lawful, ethical handling of employee information and investigations.
