The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in HR, experience with ADP and MS Office, and strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position focused on manufacturing operations and employee experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-3 years’ work experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with ADP and Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio preferred
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts recruitment effort for temporary workers, screening candidates with supervisors.
• Extends job offers and conducts new-employee orientations for production.
• Oversees temporary staffing agencies and approves timecards.
• Develops and administers HR and production related programs and procedures.
• Helps with leave and benefits claims administration.
• Plans and participates in company events.
• Maintains organizational charts and directories.
• Attends safety committee meetings and maintains workers’ compensation and OSHA records.
• Develops employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
• Provides work skills training and mentorship program; conducts exit interviews.
• Acts as contact for temporary and new associates.
• Participates in wage surveys and 401k audits.
• Performs other related duties.
