Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a Field HR Partner to align objectives with employees and frontline leaders in the South TX Market. The role focuses on consulting, employee advocacy and collaborating with HR centers of excellence to support talent and performance goals.

This is a Hybrid Role (in-office or in the field 4 days/week) with up to 25% travel, located at our Austin, TX area office. Comprehensive benefits information is provided by ABM.

Job description

ABM Industries is seeking a Field HR Partner to align business objectives with employees and front-line leaders in the South TX Market. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred.

This position serves as a consultant to front line leaders on human resource-related issues. The successful Field HR Partner acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Works in collaboration with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals necessary to sustain and drive business performance. Ability to implement innovative and practical solutions through a strong process and metrics focus. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

This is a Hybrid Role (expected to be in-office or in the field 4 days/week) with up to 25% travel. Our regional ABM office is located at: 9211 Waterford Centre, Austin, TX 78758.
