Job summary

Premier company seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for Manufacturing Operations to support production and HR teams. You will manage employee records, time/attendance, onboarding, and payroll-related information while coordinating recruiting and serving as the frontline HR contact.

You will also maintain production documentation, KPI reporting, and training at the site, ensuring confidentiality and a service‑oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business Admin.
• Minimum 3 years of direct HR admin support in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems and data reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential workforce information with discretion.
• Service-oriented, able to work independently or in a team with production ops and leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and personnel files and keep information up to date.
• Support time/attendance, hours, absences, overtime reporting.
• Provide payroll-related information and admin support for payroll processing.
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training for new hires on site.
• Support local recruiting: post vacancies, screen apps, schedule interviews.
• Be the day-to-day HR contact for employee questions and HR process application.
• Assist with production-related documentation, records, and KPIs.
• Prepare production docs, shopfloor records, and maintenance documentation.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups and documentation.
