Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee relations and workforce support at the site level. You will own standard ER cases from intake through resolution, coach supervisors on performance management, and ensure fair application of HR policy across operations.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will balance hands-on casework with proactive coaching, escalate high-risk matters as needed, and

Qualifications

3-5 years of HR experience with direct ER case ownership.
Experience independently managing employee relations investigations and documentation.
Comfort coaching frontline supervisors through difficult performance conversations.
Sound judgment applying policy consistently and escalating when needed.
Strong presence with operations leadership and hourly employees.

Responsabilités

Own employee relations casework end-to-end from intake to resolution.
Coach supervisors on performance conversations and documentation.
Provide site- and function-level input into workforce planning.
Escalate complex, sensitive matters to the HR Manager with context and next steps.
