Thorlabs is seeking a Manufacturing Helper in Georgia to join a fast-paced team. Under guidance from experienced colleagues, you will participate in kitting, loading/unloading machines, and basic manual machining. On-the-job training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will inspect parts, sort and count materials, and maintain records while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role offers an $18.00 hourly rate, opportunities to learn essential shop-floor skills,

Mansioni

• Assist workers engaged in fabricating and processing materials and parts.
• Sort and count parts and materials.
• Examine parts and materials for defects.
• Feed, load, or remove parts from machines.
• Handle and clean specialty fiber optics, precision optics, and mechanical components.
• Understand written work instructions to properly manufacture the final product with high quality and minimal scrap.
• Maintain proper records in Manufacturing Database.
• Ask questions when instructions are not understood or clear.
• Meet company standards for quantity and quality of work and comply with policies.
• Company may change or reassign duties as needed.
