ResourceMFG, a division of EmployBridge, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Huber Heights, OH to drive new business development and build strategic partnerships with manufacturing clients. You will prospect in the field, perform site visits, and leverage LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and CRM to grow a manufacturing-focused territory, while aligning safety and workforce optimization with client goals.

Qualifications

• Energetic, competitive mindset with a passion for the manufacturing sector.
• Proven success generating new accounts using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM.
• Strong business acumen—understanding production workflows and workforce demand.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development: 70% in-field prospecting, 30% account management.
• Engage manufacturing clients through calls, site visits, social outreach, and email.
• Leverage LinkedIn and your SSI score to build a strong pipeline of plant managers, production leaders, and HR partners.
• Use labor market intel to identify customer pain points like turnover, skills gaps, and productivity challenges.
• Provide consultative account management focused on safety, workforce optimization, and performance.
• Win net new logos and grow your manufacturing-focused territory.
