ResourceMFG, part of EmployBridge, is seeking an Outside Sales - Business Development Manager in West Valley City, UT. Join a leading manufacturing staffing provider to connect skilled talent with manufacturers and help America move forward.

This role blends strategic partnership-building with hands-on prospecting, leveraging LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and CRM to build a pipeline of plant managers, production leaders, and HR partners, while delivering consultative account management focused on safety

Qualifications

Energetic, competitive mindset with a passion for the manufacturing sector.
Proven success generating new accounts using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM.
Strong business acumen—ability to understand production workflows and workforce demand.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience in outside sales.

Responsibilities

Develop new business: 70% in-field prospecting, 30% account management.
Engage manufacturing clients through calls, site visits, social outreach, and email.
Leverage LinkedIn and SSI score to build a strong pipeline of plant managers, production leaders, and HR partners.
Use labor market intel to identify customer pain points such as turnover, skills gaps, and productivity challenges.
Provide consultative account management focused on safety, workforce optimization, and performance.
Win net new logos and grow your manufacturing-focused territory.
