Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost across manufacturing and distribution.
• Develop and manage the capital improvement budget for the facility.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to shape short- and long-term roadmaps and cost estimates.
