Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of successful engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams while fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to achieve world-class plant operations and manage daily activities.
• Provide technical expertise to optimize processes, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
• Develop and maintain budgets to align financial performance with goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish stable production schedules, labor, and material flow.
• Champion continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and product innovations.
