The role provides full profit-and-loss leadership for an independent operation, overseeing Manufacturing, Engineering, Inside Sales, and Supply Chain, in collaboration with HR and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven senior-level operations or general management with full business accountability.
• Strong safety culture development and compliance experience.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and drive performance across Manufacturing, Engineering, Inside Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital investments with ROI analyses.
• Develop and manage KPI system to improve delivery, quality, service, and engineering support.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and high-performing teams.
• Partner with commercial teams to strengthen market position.
