Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in finishes, framing, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing.
• 10+ years' experience as a field superintendent, preferably in healthcare.
• Estimating experience in commercial framing or healthcare construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing activities related to QC and project design standards.
• Develop and mentor project managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Embrace and promote our mission to evolve the construction industry
• Assist in innovative product development and R&D
• Maintain high organization, quality, and process standards
• Understand metal stud framing, industrialized construction, and healthcare construction standards
• Ensure compliance with CBC 2022, HCAi standards, and contractual obligations
• Oversee manufacturing activities related to QC and project design standards
• Collaborate with clients, owners, consultants, and internal teams to ensure excellent service
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety culture
• Lead initiatives in lean practices, training, and continuous improvement
• Develop and mentor project managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project; Revit and Stratus a plus
• Minimum 3 years' experience in finishes, framing, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing
• 10+ years' experience as a field superintendent, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication skills
• Estimating experience in commercial framing or healthcare construction a plus
• Experience with prefabrication and modular construction is desirable
