Job summary

Burnetts Staffing in Dallas, TX is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with manufacturing accounting experience to own core financial functions. You will manage AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and cost analysis, partnering with leadership to drive operational excellence and growth.

You'll leverage QuickBooks and ERP systems to deliver accurate insights, support tax compliance, and guide inventory valuation. The role offers a stable, growth-oriented environment with regular hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) , Payroll and general accounting
• Experience with inventory management, cost accounting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP systems, and ADP Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of sales tax, payroll tax compliance, DOT reporting, and vehicle taxation

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank and general ledger reconciliations, payroll processing, tax compliance, financial reporting, and inventory management.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and analysis of raw materials, steel, work-in-progress, and job-related costs.
• Leverage QuickBooks and ERP systems to deliver accurate financial insights, improve operational efficiencies, and support strategic business decisions.
